Sarah Dotlich

Sarah manages MG’s efforts to proactively pursue social change through lasting client partnerships. Potential clients may meet her at the beginning of their experience with MG as she collaborates on proposals and early conversations about what MG offers our clients.
Sarah is a seasoned communications specialist for social change, coordinating with MG strategists and departments to identify and respond to new project opportunities, promote MG services and qualifications, and manage internal projects and initiatives. She creates opportunities for community engagement and executes positioning efforts on behalf of the agency. Sarah has 20 years of experience working in the fields of human rights, international social justice, environmental protection, corporate accountability and public health. As part of her nonprofit career before coming to MG, she developed full strategic communication campaigns including branding, messaging and narrative development; executed earned and paid media strategies; designed and developed full digital strategies and campaigns; and created strategic planning processes. Sarah’s areas of expertise include:
- Creating and responding to potential client proposals
- Experience in international human rights and corporate accountability campaigns
- Developing strategic communication campaigns
Experience
Before joining MG, Sarah co-managed the strategic communication team at Corporate Accountability. In her previous life, she developed the Africa grantee program for Thousand Currents (previously IDEX), where she created the community-based grantee initiative in southern Africa.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in anthropology from the University of Colorado.
